Kady's litigation practice includes contested probate, real estate, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. She routinely represents clients in commercial business and lease disputes, and has defended clients in premises liability and maritime personal injury cases. Kady also has experience representing clients before the Maine Human Rights Commission. In addition, Kady has earned a state-wide reputation for her family law practice by providing aggressive representation to clients in divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, and child support matters. Kady works closely with her clients to achieve favorable results, whether through negotiation or litigation.
Kady is a graduate of Western New England University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2014 and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Following her legal studies, she clerked for the State of Maine Business and Consumer Court, assisting judges with complex business litigation matters.
Kady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, earned in 2011. Kady resides in central Maine with her husband and two children.
