Jeff has a broad-based ECVC practice, specializing in startups and emerging companies in growth sectors, advising them on angel/venture capital financings, securities offerings, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also works with investors and investment funds on fund formation/operation, regulatory compliance, and company-level investments.
Jeff also regularly represents venture capital funds in negotiating investments in target companies, including a number of international funds in their U.S. investment transactions.
Jeff also serves as the Managing Director of Viridian.
